NexTirupur is an industrial manpower discovery and job requirement posting platform specifically designed for the Tiruppur garment and textile sector (Tailoring, Cutting, Ironing, Checking, Printing, Embroidery, etc.). We connect garment unit employers with available workers and contractors.

2. Information We Collect

We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum information necessary to facilitate employment discovery:

• Job Requirement Details: Department, required workforce count, industrial location/area, salary/rate details, and brief descriptions provided voluntarily by employers.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers and contact names submitted by employers for workers to communicate regarding job openings.
• Device & Analytics Data: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic and usage telemetry (such as crash logs and screen interactions) to improve app performance and reliability.

3. How We Use the Information

• To publish and display active garment workforce requirements to job seekers.
• To enable one-touch calling and direct WhatsApp communication between job seekers and employers.
• To filter and organize jobs by department, shift timing, and industrial area in Tiruppur.
• To monitor system integrity and prevent spam or misleading submissions.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Submitted job requirements and employer contact numbers are made publicly visible within the application for the sole purpose of enabling job seekers to contact employers directly.

5. Security & Data Retention

We implement standard security measures to safeguard the information submitted through the application. Expired or fulfilled job requirements are periodically archived or removed.

6. Permissions Requested

• CALL_PHONE (Optional/Intent): Allows you to initiate direct phone calls to job posters from the app.
• INTERNET: Required to fetch live requirement listings and updates.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): To receive instant alerts when new jobs in your preferred garment departments are published.
